Impacto de la Histoteca en los resultados docentes de la asignatura Célula, tejidos y sistema tegumentario. 2016-2018/Impact of the Histoteca in the academical results of subject Cell, tissues and tegumentary system Impacto de la Histoteca en los resultados docentes de la asignatura Célula, tejidos y sistema tegumentario. 2016-2018/Impact of the Histoteca in the academical results of subject Cell, tissues and tegumentary systemObjetivo: evaluar el impacto de la histoteca teniendo en cuenta el grado de satisfacción y los resultados docentes de los estudiantes.Métodos: se realizó un estudio descriptivo en la Escuela Latinoamericana de Medicina, a los 419 estudiantes que visitaron la histoteca en el periodo de septiembre de 2016 a enero de 2018, la muestra fue de 103 estudiantes luego de seleccionar los que la visitaron con frecuencia. Se revisaron todas las preparaciones histológicas disponibles, se verificaron las fotografías del laminario digital y las microfotografías. Se aplicó una encuesta a la muestra seleccionada y se validaron sus resultados docentes en la asignatura Célula, tejidos y sistema tegumentario.Resultados: el grado de satisfacción promedio fue de 4,49. Los resultados docentes de los estudiantes seleccionados con relación a la asignatura Célula, tejidos y sistema tegumentario fue a predominio de bien y excelente para el 88%.Conclusiones: el estado y funcionamiento de la histoteca es óptimo para brindar servicios de apoyo a la docencia y la investigación. Lo que ha incidido en los resultados docentes de excelencia y en un elevado grado de satisfacción de los estudiantes.ABSTRACTObjective: to evaluate the impact of histoteca taking into account the grade of satisfaction and the academicians results of the students.Materials and methods: a descriptive study was carried out in the Latin American Medicine School to the 419 students who visited the histoteca in the period from September 2016 to January 2018, the sample was of 103 students, after chosing the one who visited it frequently. All the histological preparations available were reviewed, the photos of digital plating and the micro photos were verified. A survey was applied to the selected sample the its academic results were validated in the subject Cell, tissues and tegumentary system.Results: the satisfaction grade was of 4,49. The academic results of the chosen students in relation to the subject Cell, tissues and tegumentary system was the predominance of good and excellent to the 88%.Conclusions: the state and working of the histoteca is optimum to offer services to support the aca-demic and investigation. It has incided in the academic results of excellence and in a high grade of satis-faction of the students.

Aplicación del Lian Gong Shi Ba Fa en trabajadores y jubilados en la Escuela Latinoamericana de Medicina/Application of Lian Gong Shi Ba Fa in workers and retirees in the Latin American School of Medicine Aplicación del Lian Gong Shi Ba Fa en trabajadores y jubilados en la Escuela Latinoamericana de Medicina/Application of Lian Gong Shi Ba Fa in workers and retirees in the Latin American School of MedicineObjetivo: fundamentar la importancia de la práctica de los ejercicios de Lian Gong Shi Ba Fa en la Escuela Latinoamericana de Medicina, revisar la literatura relacionada con el tema y demostrar algunos de los resultados preliminares en la práctica del mismo en un grupo de trabajadores y jubilados de Anatomía Patológica y de Servicio.Materiales y Métodos: se realizó un estudio observacional, descriptivo y transversal desde marzo de 2017 hasta octubre de 2018 relacionado con la aplicación de los ejercicios de Lian Gong Shi Ba Fa en el grupo mencionado.Resultados: participó el 100% de los trabajadores y jubilados implicados, predominó el sexo femenino y el grupo de edad de 60-69 años; padecen de enfermedades osteomioarticulares (80%), de hipertensión arterial (60%) y todos de estrés. El porcentaje de asistencia fue muy bueno; los participantes tuvieron muy buen criterio de los ejercicios y de lo que significa su práctica en el mejoramiento de su salud, el 60% consideró muy bien y el 40% bien.Conclusiones: se efectuó la revisión de la literatura relacionada con el Lian Gong Shi Ba Fa, enfatizando antecedentes, indicaciones y sus características principales, su importancia, y utilización mundial y en Cuba; se presentaron los resultados preliminares de su práctica satisfactoria en un grupo de trabajadores y jubilados en la Escuela Latinoamericana de Medicina.ABSTRACTObjective: to substantiate the importance of the practice of Lian Gong Shi Ba Fa exercises in the Latin American School of Medicine, review the literature related to the subject and demonstrate some of the preliminary results in the practice of the same in a group of workers and retirees of Pathological Anatomy and Service.Materials and Methods: an observational, descriptive and cross-sectional study was conducted from March 2017 to October 2018 related to the application of the Lian Gong Shi Ba Fa exercises in the mentioned group.Results: 100% of the workers and retirees involved were involved, the female sex predominated and the 60-69 age group;they suffer from osteomyoarticular diseases (80%), hypertension (60%) and stress. The attendance percentage was very good; the participants had very good judgment of the exercises and what their practice in improving their health means, 60% considered it very good and 40% well.Conclusions: the literature review related to the Lian Gong Shi Ba Fa was carried out, emphasizing antecedents, indications and their main characteristics, their importance, and worldwide use and in Cuba; the preliminary results of its successful practice were presented in a group of workers and retirees in the Latin American School of Medicine.
