El desempeño del docente de Física en relación con la Disciplina Bases Biológicas de la Medicina de la Escuela Latinoamericana de Medicina / The performance of the Physics academician in relation with the discipline Biological Bases of Medicine of the Lat El desempeño del docente de Física en relación con la Disciplina Bases Biológicas de la Medicina de la Escuela Latinoamericana de Medicina / The performance of the Physics academician in relation with the discipline Biological Bases of Medicine of the LatObjetivo: determinar los referentes del desempeño del docente de Física en relación con la disciplina Bases Biológicas de la Medicina de la Escuela Latinoamericana de Medicina (ELAM).Métodos: histórico lógico, análisis documental, enfoque sistémico estructural, sistematización.Resultados: se realiza una sistematización al desempeño del docente de Física en relación con la Disciplina Bases Biológicas de la Medicina de la Escuela Latinoamericana de Medicina. Se abordan los referentes de la Educación Avanzada, de paradigma a teoría educativa, la profesionalización y profesionalidad y los antecedentes del desempeñodel decente de Física, así como la interdisciplinariedad entre la Física y la disciplina Bases Biológicas de la Medicina como necesidad del desempeño del decente de Física.Conclusiones: el estudio histórico lógico realizado al desempeño del docente permitió corroborar que los docentes de Física necesitan incorporar la interdisciplinariedad en su desempeño para contribuir a la formación integral de cada uno de los estudiantes. Los resultados de las indagaciones teóricas realizadas a las investigaciones de diferentes autores posibilitaron acercarse a la definición operacional del desempeño del docente de Física en relación con la disciplina Bases Biológicas de la Medicina de la Escuela Latinoamericana de Medicina. ABSTRACTObjective: to determinate the performance academician references of Physics with the discipline Biological Bases of Medicine of the Latin American Medicine School.Methods: from theorical, historical logical, documental analysis, systemic structural approach, systema-tization were used.Results: a systematization of Physics academician performance is realizes in relation to the discipline Biological Bases of Medicine of the Latin American Medicine School. The references of Advanced Education from paradigm to educative theory, the professionalization and professionalism and the prec-edents of Physics academician performance, as well as the interdisciplinary between the Physics and the discipline Biological Bases of Medicine as a need of Physics academician performance were landed.Conclusions: the logical history study realized to academician performance allowed to confirm that theacademicians of Physics need to incorporate the interdisciplinary in their performance to contribute to integral formation of each of the students. The results of the theorical investigations realized to different authors allow to approximate to operational definition of Physics academician related to the discipline Biological Bases of Medicine of the Latin American Medicine School.Keywords: Advanced Education; academician performance; interdisciplinarity
