Object classification problem is considered, where neocognitron and multilayer perceptron may be applied. As neocognitron, solving almost any classification problem, performs too slowly and expensively, then for recognizing shifted monochrome images there... see more

Context. In the queueing theory, studies of particular systems of the M/G/1 type are relevant in that they are still actively used inthe modern theory of teletraffic. The problem of finding a solution for the mean waiting time in a queue in the closed for... see more

In this paper, a design approach of a self driven current doubler (CD) phase shiftedfull bridge converter (PSFB) with integrated magnetic (IM) is proposed. In the designprocedure, primary winding of transformer split into two windings and output inductors... see more

This paper presents a piezoelectric vibration energy harvester (PVEH) with resonance frequencies shifted down by elastically supported masses. The added elastic supporters can diminish the equivalent stiffness of the whole structure, leading to an evident... see more

Primitive nucleated erythroid cells in the bloodstream have long been suggested to be more similar to nucleated red cells of fish, amphibians, and birds than the red cells of fetal and adult mammals. Rainbow trout Ficoll-purified red blood cells (RBCs) cu... see more

Recently, P2P streaming techniques have been a promising solution to a large-scale live streaming system because of their high scalability and low installation cost. In P2P live streaming systems, however, it is difficult to manage peers’ buffers effectiv... see more

To improve the performance of single-channel, multi-fault blind source separation (BSS), a novel method based on regenerated phase-shifted sinusoid-assisted empirical mode decomposition (RPSEMD) is proposed in this paper. The RPSEMD method is used to deco... see more

Objective. To estimate the results of operative treatment of clavicular fractures in middle one third with fragments shifted, using the closed method with application of intramedullary elastic titanic compressing rod.Materials and methods. In the Departme... see more
