SUMMARY
Tuberculosis is a direct infectious disease caused by the bacterium Mycobacterium tuberculosis and is one of the top 10 diseases that cause death in the world. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the health promotion model on the behavior of preventing the transmission of pulmonary tuberculosis at the Hitu Health Center and Hila Health Center, Central Maluku Regency. This research model uses a quasi-experimental approach with a pre and post with control approach. This study uses a sampling technique where the sample is taken based on total sampling. The samples in this study were 15 pulmonary TB patients at the Hitu Health Center and 15 pulmonary TB patients at the Hila Health Center. The independent variable is the Health Promotion Model and the dependent variable is the behavior of preventing tuberculosis transmission. The research time starts from May 30 – August 30 2022. The results show that there is an effectiveness of health education on increasing knowledge (p = 0.00), there is an effectiveness of health education on attitude change (p = 0.01) and there is an effectiveness of health education on changes in patient's actions in preventing pulmonary TB transmission (p = 0.00) at Hitu Health Center and Hila Health Center.ABSTRAKDemam berdarah dengue (DBD) merupakan penyakit menular arbovil yang paling cepat muncul di Negara tropis dan subtropis dan menjadi masalah kesehatan masyarakat secara global. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kejadian demam berdarah dengue (DBD). Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian observasional analitik dengan desain penelitian studi lintang (Cross sectional). Lokasi penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kota Ambon dengan Populasi pada penelitian adalah 136 Orang, sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknin total samplig yang berjumlah 136 orang. Waktu penelitian dilaksanakan mulai tanggal 30 Mei – 30 Juni 2022. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan berpengaruh pada keajadian DBD (75%), begitu juga dengan ketidaktersediaan tempat pengurasan air (69.9%), dan jarak rumah mempengaruhi kejadian DBD (56.6%).Kata kunci: Demam Berdarah Dengue, Kejadian, Kepadatan Rumah.
