Propuesta para el mejoramiento del desempeño extensionista de los docentes en la Escuela Latinoamericana de Medicina/Proposal to improve the extension performance of teachers at the Latin American School of Medicine Propuesta para el mejoramiento del desempeño extensionista de los docentes en la Escuela Latinoamericana de Medicina/Proposal to improve the extension performance of teachers at the Latin American School of MedicineObjetivo: valorar la etapa aplicativa de un modelo pedagógico diseñado para el mejoramiento del desempeño extensionista de los docentes de la ELAM desde los fundamentos de la Educación Avanzada.Materiales y métodos: se utilizaron diferentes métodos, técnicas, procedimientos, indagaciones teóricas e indagaciones empíricas: guía de observación, consulta a especialista, prueba de desempeño y entrevista grupal.Resultados: se evalúa el modelo pedagógico que se presenta, a partir de los fundamentos teóricos que lo sustentan y desde el referente de la Educación Avanzada.Conclusiones: el procesamiento estadístico realizado para el análisis de la etapa aplicativa del modelo pedagógico propuesto permite su constatación en la práctica educativa.ABSTRACTObjective: to assess the application stage of a pedagogical model designed to improve the extension performance of ELAM teachers from the foundations of Advanced Education.Materials and methods: different methods, techniques, procedures, theoretical inquiries and empirical investigations were used: observation guide, specialist consultation, performance test and group interview.Results: the pedagogical model that is presented is evaluated, based on the theoretical foundations that sustain it and the reference of Advanced Education.Conclusions: the statistical processing carried out for the analysis of the application stage of the proposed pedagogical model allows its verification in educational practice.
