It is proved that if I and J are weakly stable ideals in a polynomial ring R = k[x_1, . . ., x_n], with k a field, then the regularity of Tor^R_i (R/I, R/J) has the expected upper bound. We also give a bound for the regularity of Ext^i_R (R/I, R) for I a ... see more

In this paper we show that every ideal with linear quotients is componentwise linear. We also generalize the Eliahou-Kervaire formula for graded Betti numbers of stable ideals to homogeneous ideals with linear quotients.

In this investigation we studied completely prime, weakly completely prime, quasi completely prime and weakly quasi completely prime ideals in near-rings. Some characterizations of completely prime and weakly completely prime ideals were obtained. Moreove... see more

For A ? L(X, Y ), B ? L(Z , T ) we consider the operator h : L(Y, Z ) ?L(X, T ), h(U ) = BU A.We prove that in some hypotheses about A and B the operator h is in some ideal of operators. As a consequence we obtain that the ideals of Dunford-Pettis dual op... see more

During the last decades, different types of decompositions have been processed in the field of graph theory. In various problems, for example in the construction of recognition algorithms, frequently appears the so-called weakly decomposition of graphs.Po... see more

The urgency of the problem of the study is conditioned by the prevailing trends of the labor market’s development, modifying the structure of the professional personality’s ideals from the ultimate goal of striving for the standard of professional culture... see more

If a real world problem is modelled with a system of polynomial equations, the coefficients are in general not exact. The consequence is that small perturbations of the coefficients may lead to big changes of the solutions. In this paper we address the fo... see more
