Salud, deporte y recreación para una universidad saludable / Health, Sport and Recreation for a Healthy University Salud, deporte y recreación para una universidad saludable / Health, Sport and Recreation for a Healthy UniversityObjetivo: socializar los resultados obtenidos con la implementación de una concepción para contribuir al Bienestar Universitario de estudiantes, docentes y funcionarios de la Universidad “Antonio José Camacho” en Colombia.Métodos: se realizó un estudio descriptivo que permitió en conjunto con los métodos teóricos, empíricos y matemáticos-estadísticos implementar la estrategia educativa. Se seleccionó como universo a 883 de estudiantes, docentes y funcionarios. Resultados: en atención a lo anterior, en la Institución Universitaria “Antonio José Camacho”, se desarrolla el proyecto de investigación “Concepción pedagógica de Bienestar Universitario”, cuyo objetivo consiste en contribuir en la formación integral y calidad de vida de la comunidad universitaria, a partir de un proceso formativo desde la perspectiva de las Ciencias Pedagógicas, en la búsqueda de ambientes que propendan por una universidad saludable. Este trabajo investigativo se encuentra en su tercera fase titulada “La interacción social, una necesidad para el fortalecimiento del Bienestar Universitario”. En esta fase las interacciones de la comunidad universitaria, cobran mayor importancia, como un elemento esencial de la convivencia dentro y fuera de la universidad, razón por la cual se destacan la salud, el deporte y la recreación que favorecen estas interacciones entre los actores sociales del contexto universitario.Conclusiones: los resultados que se evidenciaron en el estado de los indicadores al inicio y al final de la aplicación de la concepción pedagógica, demuestran la transformación de la variable objeto de estudio, bienestar universitario, hacia una universidad saludable.ABSTRACTObjective: to socialized the results obtained with the implementation of the one conception to contribute to the univer-sity welfare of students, academicians and managers of “Antonio José Camacho” University (UNIAJC) in Colombia.Methods: a descriptive study was carried out that allowed joining with the theorical methods empirical,mathematical-statistics to implement the educative strategy. A universe of 883 students, academicians and managers.Results: with the attention of the one before in the university institution “Antonio José Camacho” (UNIAJC), is developing the investigation project “Pedagogical Conception of university welfare” with the objective consists on contributing to the integral formation and quality of life of university community, from the formative process since the Pedagogical Science perspective. looking for an environment that tend a healthy university. This investigative work is in face entitled “The social interaction a necessity for the strengthen of university welfare”. In this face the interaction of university community interaction get major importance as essential element of coexist in and out of the university, reason for what the health, sport and recreation are outstanding and favor these interactions among the social actors of university context.Conclusion: the results evidenced in the state of indicators at the beginning and at the end of pedagogical conception application, show the transformation of the variable objective of study University Welfare, for the healthy university.Keywords: university welfare, health, sport, recreation, social interaction.
