Analysis of the Influence of Culture, Policy, and Practice Index on the Quality of Inclusive School Education in South Kalimantan

SUMMARY

This study aims to measure the effect of the index of policy, culture, and teaching practice on the quality of inclusive education in South Kalimantan. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The population in this study were Special Education Teachers, Classroom Teachers, Staff, Principals, and Parents providing inclusive education in South Kalimantan. The sampling technique used non-probability sampling with incidental sampling using the Slovin formula. Primary data was obtained by using a closed questionnaire. The data were analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling analysis tool from the AMOS statistical software package through two techniques, namely Confirmatory Factor Analysis and Regression Weight. The results showed that the index of developing inclusive practices had a significant effect on the quality of inclusive education. while the index of creating an inclusive culture and producing inclusive policies has no significant effect on the quality of inclusive education.

En las indagaciones teóricas se utilizaron: Análisis documental: en la conformación del marco teórico de la investigación relacionado con el desempeño pedagógico de los tutores en la educación en el trabajo de la Escuela Latinoamericana de Medicina (ELAM). El análisis Histórico-Lógico, sistematización, modelación, enfoque de sistema.Resultados: se logró argumentar de manera científica la importancia de elaborar una propuesta de estrategia pedagógica para el mejoramiento del desempeño de los tutores en la educación en el trabajo en la Escuela Latinoamericana de Medicina, contribuyendo a perfeccionar la producción científica de nuestra Institución.Conclusiones: se plantea que la actividad de los tutores, constituye un elemento clave para el logro del proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje en la educación en el trabajo, es el actor más importante en el sistema de influencias educativas que actúan en el proceso de formación de la personalidad profesional del Médico General Básico y que trasciende lo estrictamente académico, alcanzando la esfera personal y social del joven por lo que se constituye en un eslabón fundamental del proceso formativo.ABSTRACTObjective: to argue the importance of the pedagogical strategy for improving the performance of tutors in educationat work.Material and Methods: a qualitative research model was used, theoretical and empirical methods were used. In the theoretical investigations, the following were used: Documentary analysis: in the conformation of the theoretical frame of the investigation related to the pedagogical performance of the tutors in the education in the work of the Latin American School of Medicine (ELAM). The Historical-Logical analysis, systematization, modeling, system approach.Results: it was possible to scientifically argue the importance of developing a pedagogical strategy proposal for improving the performance of tutors in education at work at the Latin American School of Medicine, contributing to improve the scientific production of our Institution.Conclusions: it is stated that the activity of tutors, is a key element for the achievement of the teaching-learning process in education at work, is the most important actor in the system of educational influences that act in the process of training the professional personality of the General Basic Physician and that transcends the strictly academic, reaching the personal and social sphere of the young person for what constitutes a fundamental link in the formativeprocess.

Influencia de las emisiones electromagnéticas no ionizantes en la salud/Influence of non-ionizing electromagnetic emissions on health Influencia de las emisiones electromagnéticas no ionizantes en la salud/Influence of non-ionizing electromagnetic emissions on healthObjetivo: elaborar las recomendaciones necesarias que contribuyan a la adopción de medidas más eficaces de protección sanitaria para disminuir los efectos de las emisiones electromagnéticas no ionizantes en la salud.Materiales y Métodos: se emplearon diferentes métodos teóricos como el histórico-lógico, utilizado en el análisis de la evolución histórica e influencias principales relacionadas con las emisiones electromagnéticas y la salud. Además, se utilizaron el análisis-síntesis y la inducción-deducción, que permitieron conformar los fundamentos teóricos y las bases empíricas del estudio.Resultados: se logró una evaluación objetiva de las evidencias científicas acerca de los potenciales efectos de los campos electromagnéticos sobre la salud y se elaboraron las recomendaciones necesarias, que contribuyen a la adopción de medidas más eficaces de protección sanitaria.Conclusiones: se espera poder despejar las dudas e incertidumbres sobre los riesgos para la salud de las emisiones electromagnéticas no ionizantes.ABSTRACTObjective: to elaborate the necessary recommendations that contribute to the adoption of more effec-tive sanitary protection measures to reduce the effects of non-ionizing electromagnetic emissions on health.Materials and Methods: different theoretical methods were used, such as the historical-logical one, used in the analysis of historical evolution and main influences related to electromagnetic emissions and health. In addition, the analysis-synthesis and the induction-deduction were used, which allowed to shape the theoretical foundations and the empirical bases of the study.Results: an objective evaluation of the scientific evidences about the potential effects of electromag- netic fields on health was achieved and the necessary recommendations were elaborated, which contribute to the adoption of more effective sanitary protection measures.Conclusions: it is expected to be able to clear up the doubts and uncertainties about the health risks of non-ionizing electromagnetic emissions.
