Educational leadership and e-leadership. Between projects and digital skills

SUMMARY

For some years now, leadership and, more recently, e-leadership are topics on which researchers and policy makers have focused on. These concepts had initially been borrowed from other contexts, but over time they have taken on specific meanings in the educational field, also by producing several orientations. This paper, based on more significant models, aims at carrying out an in-depth analysis of the different forms of leadership and educational leadership, together with the skills that are needed to activate a good e-leadership. It proposes some examples of methods and tools that can facilitate the exercise of these skills.
