The Role of Work Discipline and Work Experience on Employee Performance at PT.Bandar Trisula, Pamekasan Regency, Indonesia

SUMMARY

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Work Discipline and Work Experience on the Employee Performance. This research is classified as explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The sample used was 32 respondents with saturated sampling technique. The type of data used is primary data, namely collecting data using questionnaires. Analysis of the data used is Multiple Linear Regression with SPSS. The results of this study indicate that Work Discipline has a posstive effect on Employee Performance. Likewise, Work Experiencehas a posstive effect on Employee Performance. Simultaneously, Work Discipline and Work Experience affect the Employee Performance.
