SUMMARY
ABSTRACT Objective: to show the results of a pedagogical strategy of professional and human improvement of the actors of an institution for the development of the organizational culture in a University Institution, re-sult of a doctoral thesis in Pedagogical Sciences. Methods: theoretical and empirical methods were used and the statistical results were processed descriptively and inferentially.Results: they allowed to know if the strategy applied by means of the results of the observation to the performance were satisfactory by means of the applied instruments.Conclusions: the results were satisfactory and the relations with the concepts of professional and human improvement, organizational culture and pedagogy were observed.Keywords: organizational culture; professional and human improvement; pedagog
