Enfoque sistémico de la superación profesional para el tratamiento del contenido de inmunología en la formación posgraduada del médico especialista clínico / Systematical focus of professional upgrade for the treatment of immunological content in the post Enfoque sistémico de la superación profesional para el tratamiento del contenido de inmunología en la formación posgraduada del médico especialista clínico / Systematical focus of professional upgrade for the treatment of immunological content in the postObjetivo: argumentar la necesidad del enfoque sistémico de la superación de los profesionales sobre la base de premisas que deben cumplimentarse en este proceso.Métodos: se emplearon métodos teóricos como el análisis históricológico, la modelación y los procedimientos de análisis y síntesis e inducción y deducción estructural. Se argumenta la necesidad del enfoque sistémico de la superación de éstos profesionales sobre la base de premisas que deben cumplimentarse en este proceso.Resultados: el enfoque sistémico como herramienta metodológica permite modelar el proceso de superación de los médicos especialistas clínicos en el área de la inmunología, como ciencia transdisciplinaria, desde una perspectiva integradora, interpretándose en su aspecto estático (estructura, componentes) y en su aspecto dinámico (funcionamiento y relaciones), sobre la base de un aprendizaje desarrollador. Al modelar este proceso también está en condiciones de ampliar las ofertas educativas; y por ende; la adquisición y transformación de conocimientos,habilidades y valores por parte de este profesional, así como la adecuada actualización sistemática de acuerdo con el desarrollo científico-técnico, al contribuir a elevar la productividad, eficiencia y calidad del trabajo, lo que implica un avance y desplazamiento de las fronteras del conocimiento.Conclusiones: el enfoque sistémico de la superación profesional del médico especialista clínico en el área de la Inmunología, constituye el punto de partida para el establecimiento de estrategias que posibiliten su perfeccionamiento con una concepción científica más acabada.ABSTRACTObjective: to argument the systematical focus of professional upgrade on the base of premises that should be complemented in this process.Methods: theoretical methods as historical logical analysis, modelation and the analysis processing analysis, synthesis induction and structural deduction. Modelating this process, is also in conditions to extend the educative offers and within the accession and transformation of knowledge, abilities and valors by part of this professional, as well as the satisfactory and systematic update according to the scientific technological development, contributing to upheave the productivity, efficiency and quality of the work, that implicate an advance and displacement of the knowledge’s frontiers.Conclusions: the systematical focus of professional upgrade of clinical specialist physician in the Immunology area constitutes a point of reference for the establishment of strategies that allow its improvement with a scientific conception more completed.Keywords: professional upgrade; profesional; systematical focus; clinical specialist physician; Immunology.

Enfatiza en temas tan medulares como el impacto del proyecto científico y pedagógico, infinitamente humano y solidario, y, por ende, en el papel de sus egresados en el contexto donde se desempeñan. Para ello esta investigación se fundamenta en el sistema de categorías, leyes y principios de la teoría de la Educación Avanzada, desde la cual, cuando se desea conocer los efectos de sus diferentes alternativas empleadas, se recurre a la evaluación de impacto que no es más que la evaluación del efecto provocado por la preparación recibida en el entorno. La evaluación de impacto es posible siempre que el efecto de la aplicación del objeto trascienda la esfera de lo inmediato.Conclusiones: la evaluación de impacto social contribuye, en cualquier contexto, a esa evaluación continua y permanente que demuestre el impacto social que ha implicado una figura profesionalmente preparada, en este caso los egresados de la Escuela Latinoamericana de Medicina.Palabras clave: ELAM; evaluación; impacto social; comportamientos profesional y humano; egresados.ABSTRACTObjective: to deepen in the evaluation of social impact of the professional and human behavior of the graduates of the ELAM.Development: the Latin American School of Medicine (ELAM) focuses its efforts on the search for excellence in the educational process, the social relevance of all its results, based on efficient management at all levels of management, collective work and social commitment of each member of the university community. Emphasizing on such key issues as the impact of the scientific and pedagogical project, infinitely human and solidary, and, therefore, the role of its graduates in the context where they perform. For this, this research is based on the system of categories, laws and principles of the theory of Advanced Education, from which, when you want to know the effects of its different alternatives, you use the impact evaluation that is no longer than the evaluation of the effect caused by the preparation received in the environment. Impact assessment is possible as long as the effect of the application of the object transcends the immediate sphere.Conclusions: the evaluation of social impact contributes in any context, to that continuous and permanent evaluation that demonstrates the social impact that has involved a professionally prepared figure, in this case the graduates of the ELAM.Keywords: ELAM; evaluation, impact social, professional and human behavior, graduates.
