SUMMARY
The present research has been done with the aim of provision of strategic thought communication model for organizational entrepreneurship in the Ministry of Sport and Youth. The method of research is descriptive and practical type. Statistical population of the research comprises all of the human resources of the Ministry of Sport and Youth which were about 850 individuals that 265 were randomly selected based on Morgan table. To test the research's questions, deduction statistics and single group t-test method, t-student and factor analysis and also spss and amos software were used. Results indicated that the presumed provided model confirms with research data, i.e. the extrapolation of data is fitted to the model and all the indices confirm the suitability of the structural equation model. Considering low level of strategic thought and entrepreneurship in the Ministry of Sport and Youth. We can conclude that these two subjects should be fortified in the context of educational workshops in this Ministry.Keywords: Strategic thought, organizational entrepreneurship, Ministry of Sport and Youth. RESUMENLa presente investigación se ha realizado con el objetivo de proporcionar un modelo de comunicación de pensamiento estratégico para el emprendimiento organizacional en el Ministerio de Deporte y Juventud. El método de investigación es de tipo descriptivo y práctico. La población estadística de la investigación comprende todos los recursos humanos del Ministerio de Deportes y Juventud, que fueron alrededor de 850 personas que 265 fueron seleccionadas al azar según la tabla de Morgan. Para evaluar las preguntas de la investigación, se utilizaron estadísticas de deducción y método de prueba t de grupo único, análisis t-student y factorial y también software spss y amos. Los resultados indicaron que el supuesto modelo proporcionado confirma con los datos de la investigación, es decir, la extrapolación de datos se ajusta al modelo y todos los índices confirman la idoneidad del modelo de ecuación estructural. Considerando el bajo nivel de pensamiento estratégico y emprendimiento en el Ministerio de Deporte y Juventud, se puede concluir que estas dos materias deberían fortalecerse en el contexto de talleres educativos en este Ministerio.Palabras clave: Pensamiento estratégico, emprendimiento organizacional, Ministerio de Deporte y Juventud.
