Cleavage formation is a process nucleation caused by  the high internal stress produced followed by joint deformation on the surface and cycles change of temperature in railway wheels after braking using brake shoes. 

The observed questions of estimate degree decrease density dislocations in carbon steel rail wheel after electrical impulse treatment.
