Palabras clave: estabilidad primaria, implantes dentales, análisis de frecuencia de resonancia.ABSTRACTIntroduction: the stability of dentals implants is closely associated with the success, permanency and function of them. Objective: to assess the dentals implant´s stability using the frequency resonance analysis. Material and Methods: a cross sectional descriptive study was carried out in a sample of 84 Leader Implus dental implants, with specific inclusion criteria .from 2013 november to 2014 october. The primary (T0) and post bone healing before loading (T1) coefficient of stability were measured by means of Osstell mentor device (RFA). The receiver bone was classified according with Misch classification. The diameter and length of placed implants were registered; also the associated complications were recorded. Results: the average value of primary stability was 53, and T1 (after bone healing before loading) was 58. 3, 75/11,5 implants had highest values of stability .T0(58) and T1(65), only were reported 10 complications. Conclusions: the primary stability was highest in implants placed over D1 and D2 bone types .3,75/11,5 implants were the most stable and was few the number of  associated complications .Key words: primary stability, dental implants, resonance frequency analysis.
