SUMMARY
La identidad profesional docente se configura en la relación entre los procesos educativos, la autobiografía formativa y las características de las culturas profesorales. Este artículo de investigación tiene por objetivo comprender la condición de crisis en la configuración de la identidad profesional docente de los estudiantes de Licenciatura en Pedagogía Infantil de la Universidad de los Llanos. Se desarrolló en el ámbito de la investigación cualitativa, desde el enfoque de la fenomenología hermenéutica, con elementos de la semántica estructural y del método de análisis estructural de contenido. La información se recabó en entrevistas biográficas narrativas individuales y grupales. Se develaron dos categorías semánticas: la relación entre los trayectos formativos del futuro pedagogo infantil y la crisis en la identidad profesional, y las complejas interacciones entre la crisis en la identidad profesional docente y la crisis de la categoría infancias. Se concluye que la configuración de la identidad profesional docente es continua e inicia en los primeros años de formación escolar, y continúa hasta la vida laboral. Esta identidad en los futuros pedagogos infantiles está en crisis por la desvalorización a su quehacer educativo, y se profundiza esta situación por la crisis de su objeto de formación: la educación de las infancias. AbstractThe teaching professional identity is shaped in the relationship between educational processes, formative autobiography and the characteristics of teaching cultural. This research article aims to understand the crisis condition in the configuration of the teaching professional identity of the undergraduate students in children's pedagogy of the University of the Llanos. Method: It was developed in the field of qualitative research, from hermeneutic phenomenology with elements of structural semantics and the method of structural content analysis. The information was collected in individual and group narrative biographical interviews. Results: Two semantic categories were revealed: the relationship between the formative paths of the future childhood pedagogue and the crisis in professional identity and the complex interactions between the crisis of the childhood category and the crisis in the teaching professional identity. Conclusion: Students' narratives describe an antagonistic understanding of childhood education, academic, state and magisterial discourses show the importance of childhood education as a process of training but on the other hand in the education system manifests devaluation of knowledge and educational action of the preschool teacher.
