Cultura jurídica e diáspora negra: diálogos entre Direito e Relações Raciais e a Teoria Crítica da Raça / Legal culture and black diaspora: dialogues between Law and Race Relations and Critical Race Theory

DOI: 10.1590/2179-8966/2021/59627.ResumoO artigo objetiva dimensionar o diálogo entre os movimentos acadêmico-políticos no âmbito jurídico que posicionaram o racismo como problema fundamental, como a Critical Race Theory e o Direito e Relações Raciais.  Por meio de uma sistematização dos estudos críticos raciais no Brasil, revisito produções jurídicas fruto de formações intercambiantes que fundaram e desenvolveram essas agendas de pesquisa.  Concluo que a diáspora negra é uma contracultura jurídica transnacional voltada à justiça racial.Palavras-chave: Cultura Jurídica; Diáspora Negra; Teorias Críticas do Direito. AbstractThe article aims to dimension the dialogue between academic-political movements in the legal field that have positioned racism as a fundamental problem, such as Critical Race Theory and Law and Race Relations.  Through a systematization of Critical Race Studies in Brazil, I do a review on legal productions resulting from interchangeable formations that founded and developed these research agendas. I conclude that the Black Diaspora is a transnational legal counterculture focused on racial justice.Keywords: Legal Culture; Black Diaspora; Critical Theories of Law.
