SUMMARY
La Educación no formal en Educación Inicial se inscribe como una modalidad de atención educativa que facilita la universalización de la educación de los niños que se encuentran fuera del contexto educativo. Desde ésta perspectiva, se posibilita potenciar el aprendizaje y por tanto el desarrollo del niño en contextos socio-económicos adversos a través de un mediador docente calificado. A tal efecto, la presente investigación analiza la educación no formal desde el siguiente supuesto: La educación no formal en Educación Inicial garantiza los procesos para promover el desarrollo integral del niño. El método investigativo es el fenomenológico para evidenciar lo que subyace desde las informantes; por tal motivo, se seleccionaron cinco informantes clave de manera intencional. El análisis de la información permitió emerger una red conceptual de subcategorías, y categorías, posibilitando la generación de la teoría a partir de los aportes de las docentes. Finalmente se elabora el constructo: la educación no formal es el proceso de orientación dirigido a la familia y adulto significante, impartido en espacios comunitarios, a partir de la mediación docente, permite el desarrollo integral del ser humano desde la etapa de la gestación de la primera infancia, situación que asegura la inclusión del niño no escolarizado.Non-formal education alternative to promote the comprehensive development of the out-of-school child the non-formal education in Initial Education it is registered as a form of educational care that facilitates the universalization of the education of children who are outside the educational context. From this perspective, it is possible to enhance learning and therefore the development of the child in adverse socio-economic contexts, through a qualified teacher mediator. To this end, this research analyses non-formal education from the following assumption: Non-formal education in Initial Education guarantees the processes to promote the integral development of the child. The investigative method is the phenomenological one to show what is underlying from the informants; for this reason, five key informants were intentionally selected. The analysis of the information allowed the emergence of a conceptual network of subcategories and categories, making it possible to generate the theory from the contributions of the teachers. Finally, the construct it is elaborated: non-formal education is the orientation process aimed to the family and significant adult, delivered in community spaces, through the teaching mediation, allowing the integral development of the human being from the gestation stage of early childhood, situation that ensures the inclusion of the out-of-school child.
