SUMMARY
Compliance between the competence of employees with occupied positions affects the performance of employees. Distribution of employees still does not refer to the real needs of the organization. Stacking of employees in one unit without clear work, organization formation tends not to be based on real needs. This study aims to examine how implementation of workload policy implementation in. Regional Personnel Agency of Deli Serdang Regency-North Sumatra Province, whether the implementation of the workload policy has been in accordance with the Minister of Home Affairs Regulation (Permendagri) No. 12 of 2008 and what factors are supporting and inhibiting the implementation of Permendagri in Deli Serdang district. The method of this research is qualitative. Sources of data from interviews with regional secretariat officers, documentation study in Deli Serdang district secretariat. The results of the study show that the implementation of the workload development policy has not been effectively implemented with several factors influencing it.
