SUMMARY
RESUMO Este trabalho se propõe a analisar o enforcement privado das normas da concorrência no direito comunitário europeu e no direito português. Com a publicação da nova diretiva 2014/104/UE, o tema volta a estar em destaque no direito europeu. Desta forma, buscando um funcionamento conjunto e perfeito entre o enforcement público e privado, cumpre-se realizar breves considerações acerca desse, sempre em conjunto com as disposições da nova diretiva. ABSTRACT This study aims to examine the private enforcement of competition in the European Community law and Portuguese law. With the publication of the new Directive 2014/104/EU, the issues becomes extremely importante for the European law.
