SUMMARY
The article has presented the results of study appropriateness of use the food concentrate phenolic compounds of apple in experimental metabolic syndrome in Syrian golden hamsters. It was used epigallocatechin gallate like the medicine for the comparing. It was revealed that the food concentrate and EGCG correcting pathological changes carbohydrate and lipid metabolism, which are formed in a pathology model. Thus, the food concentrate phenolic compounds of apple has rendered more pronounced effect, which is obviously related to its complex antioxidant effects and normalization of antioxidant-prooxidant balance.
