PENGARUH INTESITAS EL NINO SOUTHERN OSCILLATION DISERTAI INDIAN OCEAN DIPOLE TERHADAP SIFAT HUJAN DI JAWA BARAT BAGIAN TENGGARA

SUMMARY

AbstrakJawa Barat bagian tenggara (Garut, Tasik Malaya, dan Ciamis)vmemiliki berbagai komoditi pertanian seperti padi, buah-bauan dan sayur mayur. Dalam beberapa tahun terakhir kekeringan terjadi di wilayah tersebut yang membuat kerugian dalam produksi pertanian  Untuk mengurangi dampak bencana diperlukan Informasi anomali iklum yang  memberikan informasi tentang  karaktistik sifat hujan di wilayah tersebut.  Anomali iklim ini  dipengaruhi oleh faktor global El Nino Southern Oscillation dan Dipole Mode (ENSO) dan Indian Ocean Dipole (IOD)  . Berdasarkan kondisi tersebut  perlu diteliti pengaruh ENSO terhadap curah hujan selanjutnya  saat ENSO bersamaan dengan IOD.  Metode yang digunakan adalah statistik deskriptif..Analisis data dilakukan untuk mendapatkan karakteristrik curah hujan yang meliputi AN (Atas Normal), N (Normal),  dan BN  (bawah Normal).   Selanjutnya dipilih tahun-tahun  saat ENSO dan IOD aktif untuk mendapatkan sifat hujan.  Frekuensi kejadian kejadian BN, N, dan AN ditampilkan bentuk prosentasi . Dari prosentase kejadian diperoleh sifat hujan dominan (AN, N, atau Bawah Norma) pada saat ENSO dan IOD aktif.. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Pengaruh intensitas  ENSO  pada berbagai kategori El Nino  tunggal dengan intensitas (kateori lemah, sedang, dan kuat) berpengaruh kuat  terhadap  curah  hujan. Sifat curah hujan umumnya Bawah Normal-Normal.  Pada saat El Nino   bersamaan  IOD positif  (seluruh kategori)  juga umumnya menyebabkan sifat Bawah Normal-dengan Normal.Kejadian La Nina tunggal menyebabkan sifat hujan sifat hujan pada umumnya dominan normal begitu juga  saata La Nina disertai dengan IOD.Kata-kata kunci: : El Nino, Lanina, IOD, intensitas, Sifat hujanAbstractThe southeastern West Java (Garut, Tasik Malaya, and Ciamis) has various agricultural commodities such as rice, fruits, and vegetables. Based on these conditions it is necessary to investigate the effect of ENSO on rainfall characteristic when ENSO coincides with IOD. The method used is descriptive statistics. Data analysis is performed to obtain the characteristic of rainfall which includes AN (Above Normal), N (Normal), and BN (Below Normal). Further selected are the years when ENSO and IOD are active to get the rain properties. The frequency of events of BN, N, and AN displayed percentage form. From the percentage of occurrence, the dominant rainfall (AN, N, or Lower Norma) was observed when ENSO and IOD were active. The results showed that the influence of ENSO intensity in various single El Nino categories with intensity (weak, moderate, and strong category) rainfall. The nature of rainfall is generally Below Normal to Normal. At the time of El Nino concurrent positive IOD (whole category) also commonly causes Below Normal to Normal properties. Single La Nina occurrence causes rainfall properties of rainy nature are generally dominant normal as well as La Nina accompanied with IOD.Keywords: El Nino, Lanina, IOD, intensity, rainfall characteristic
