SUMMARY
Palavras-chave: direito à alimentação; segurança alimentar; revolução verde; soberania alimentar; agroecologia.ABSTRACTObjective: The purpose of this article is to analyze, within the spectrum of national law and international conventions, the recurrent implications for food safety when analyzed in terms of the technological evolution of the mode of production, but also due to the consequent negative environmental externalities.Methodology: This manuscript was based on a literature review, based on titles arranged in databases such as Scielo, Capes, Virtual Libraries and texts related to national and foreign standards and by the United Nations.
