SUMMARY
The relevance of the problem, raised in the article is explained by a great amount of cases, connected with the parent – child relationships, which cannot be solved properly nowadays. There are a lot of difficulties on each stage:from the defining of the place of residence of the child and continuing with the way of communication of the child in case parents live apart. However it is necessary to point out the positive dynamics in this sphere and to show the results of recent amendments.The aim of the article is to analyze changes made in the family legislation and createsome newideas, which could help solve the problems in the sphere of child-parent relationship in case the parents live apart.The main method used is in the research can be named as a modeling method. The creation of the ideal model of the relationship in case the parents of the child live apart helps to understand what barriers were overcome with the changes made and what barriers can still arise on each stage of the realization of parental rights.The main results of the research are: 1. Finding out the main barriers in the realization of parental rights; 2. The creation of solution for each obstacle to the parental rights realization; 3. Finding out of the new legislation measures, which should be implemented.The results of the article can be used by scientists, students of law departments, legislators, lectures and also can be taken into account when teaching such specialists as mediators in family cases, workers of guardianship and trusteeship bodies.
