The revised criterion of Pisarenko-Lebedev to evaluate the stress state of structural elements of buildings and structures

SUMMARY

The improved variant of Pisarenko-Lebedev criterion for estimation of a stress limit state for materials of building structures is presented. It has been obtained with taking into account the maximal residual tensile stresses acting in a localized zone.
