DOCÊNCIA UNIVERSITÁRIA: ENTRE A VOCAÇÃO E A TITULARIZAÇÃO

SUMMARY

RESUMO: O presente estudo tem como objetivo analisar o perfil dos ex-alunos do curso de Docência Universitária, pela UEG, UnU/Inhumas bem como descobrir se os alunos atuais irão continuar com a carreira docente ou se eles estão fazendo o curso somente pela titularização. Como problemática procurou-se analisar o motivo de tantos profissionais graduados nas diversas áreas do conhecimento buscar na pós-graduação em Docência Universitária uma formação docente ou apenas um título de especialista. A estrutura argumentativa foi desenvolvida a partir do estudo do histórico do surgimento da pós-graduação no Brasil e também na UEG, UnU/Inhumas. Através dos posicionamentos de Nóvoa (1992), Enguita (1991), Romanowski (2010), Lourencetti (2006), Libâneo (2000) e Pimenta (2002) foram discutidos a formação continuada, valorização e reconhecimento profissional e carreira docente. A investigação foi feita através de uma análise quanti-qualitativa entre vinte e oito alunos de todas as turmas de docência de Inhumas.Palavras-chave: Docência universitária. Vocação. Titularização.ABSTRACT: The present study aims to analyze the profile of the ex-students of University Teaching, the UEG, UNU / Inhumas and find out if the current students will continue with the teaching career or if they are taking the course only by securitization. As a problematic we tried to analyze the reason of so many professional graduates in various fields of knowledge search in postgraduate in University Teaching a teaching training or just a specialist title. The argumentative structure was developed from the study of the history of the emergence of post-graduate courses in Brazil and the UEG, UnU-Inhumas. Through placements of Nóvoa (1992), Enguita (1991) Romanowski (2010), Lourencetti (2006), Libâneo (2000) and Pimenta (2002) were discussed continuing education, appreciation and professional recognition and teaching career. The investigation was conducted through a quantitative and qualitative analyzes from twenty-eight students of all classes of University teaching in Inhumas.Keywords: University Teaching. Vocation.
