Historical and Pedagogical Information Value and Resource Potential of Creative Heritage of the Ukrainian Writers in the Research of Children’s Education Problems of the Second Half of the ??? c.

SUMMARY

In article the author clarified the informative possibilities of the Ukrainian realistic fiction of the second half of the ??? c. as a historical and pedagogical resource by the example of the works of Marko Vovchok, A.Svydnytskyi, I.Nechui-Levytskyi, A.Konyskyi, B.Grinchenko, N.Nomis, I. Frank?, and also the variant of a resource technique for analyzing creative heritage has been offered. The author establishes the informative resources of the Ukrainian writers about their current reality and reveals their estimation of the educational reforms consequences of second half of ??? c. and shows the features of children’s education of the same period. The article highlights the problems of children education of the investigated period and characterizes specificity of realistic creative heritage as a resource of historical and pedagogical knowledge.

Modelo pedagógico para el mejoramiento del desempeño profesional de los profesores de la Escuela Latinoamericana de Medicina / Pedagogical model for the improvement of the professional performance of the professors of the Latin American School of Medicine Modelo pedagógico para el mejoramiento del desempeño profesional de los profesores de la Escuela Latinoamericana de Medicina / Pedagogical model for the improvement of the professional performance of the professors of the Latin American School of MedicineObjetivo: diseñar un modelo pedagógico desde un enfoque sociocultural que contribuya al mejoramiento del desempeño profesional pedagógico de los profesores de la ELAM.Materiales y Métodos: mediante un estudio, basado en el método histórico lógico y la sistematización, se construyóun sistema teórico conceptual que fundamenta un enfoque sociocultural en el proceso docente. Mediante la encuesta, entrevista a profesores, directivos y la observación al desempeño se diagnosticó el estado inicial del desempeño profesional. Se estructuró, a partir de esos resultados y mediante la modelación y el método sistémico estructuralfuncional, un nuevo modelo pedagógico en las dimensiones docente, científico técnica y de superación. El modelo se estructura a partir de su misión y objetivo en etapas. Estas contienen acciones y metodologías para su puesta en práctica.Resultados: se elaboró un material teórico metodológico que fundamenta la aplicación de un enfoque sociocultural en elproceso pedagógico que forma médicos para el mundo y un modelo pedagógico con sus acciones y metodologías que mejoró el desempeño profesional pedagógico de los profesores involucrados en la investigación. La observación al desempeño, como método de comprobar la viabilidad y la consulta a especialistas calificó al modelo como muy adecuado.Conclusiones: el cumplimiento de las tareas de investigación, la aplicación parcial del modelo de mejoramiento del desempeño profesional pedagógico de los profesores de la Escuela Latinoamericana de Medicina para un enfoque sociocultural al proceso docente y los resultados obtenidos con los métodos e instrumentos científicos aplicados, permitieron afirmar la viabilidad y pertinencia del modelo pedagógico propuesto.ABSTRACTObjetivo: to design a pedagogical model from a sociocultural approach that contributes to the improvement of the pedagogical professional performance of ELAM teachers.Materials and Methods: by means of a study, based on the logical historical method and the systematization, a conceptual theoretical system was constructed that bases a sociocultural approach in the teaching process. Through the survey, interview with professors, managers and observation of performance, the initial state of professional performance was diagnosed. A new pedagogical model in the teaching, scientific-technical, and overcoming dimensions was structured based on theseresults and through modeling and the structural-functional systemic method. The model is structured based on its mission and objective in stages. These contain actions and methodologies for its implementation.Results: a methodological theoretical material was elaborated that bases the application of a sociocultural approach in the pedagogical process that forms doctors for the world and a pedagogical model with its actions and methodologies that improved the pedagogical professional performance of the professors involved in the research. Observation of performance, as a method of verifying viability and consultation with specialists, qualified the model as very appropriate.Conclusions: the fulfillment of the research tasks, the partial application of the model of improvement of the pedagogical professional performance of the professors of the Latin American School of Medicine for a sociocultural approach to the teaching process and the results obtained with the applied scientific methods and instruments, allowed affirm the viability and relevance of the proposed pedagogical model.Keywords: cultural diversity; Pedagogical model; sociocultural approach; professional performance.

Curso optativo: Comunicación, promoción de salud y trabajo comunitario desde la universidad hacia el desarrollo sostenible Curso optativo: Comunicación, promoción de salud y trabajo comunitario desde la universidad hacia el desarrollo sostenible La experiencia pedagógica que se presenta, resultado de un proyecto de investigación en tesis de Maestría “Promoción de Salud en Sistemas Educativos”, es el curso optativo “Comunicación y Promoción de la salud en el trabajo comunitario”, dirigido a los estudiantes de Premédico y de Formación del Profesional de la Escuela Latinoamericana de Medicina. Tiene como objetivo describir la importancia del curso en la preparación integral de los estudiantes de diferentes nacionalidades hacia el desarrollo sostenible, desde el Pregrado en la universidad médica. Incluyó el estudio teórico y metodológico de contenidos y habilidades a desarrollar con carácter sistémico y personalizado desde postulados del Enfoque Histórico Cultural, la modelación del programa, el diagnóstico de las habilidades y los conocimientos, la identificación de las necesidades en los cursistas y sus comunidades, mediante la observación y las técnicas de participación-acción en la práctica pedagógica. Tomó en consideración las dimensiones y los indicadores, que reconocieron la reflexión, la autovaloración y el diseño de los proyectos comunitarios por los estudiantes. El curso favorece la concientización de la efectividad de la comunicación en las relaciones interpersonales, que posibilita la actuación mediante acciones participativas con compromiso en la identificación de las necesidades de las comunidades de los cursistas, el perfeccionamiento de las habilidades comunicativas que poseen para su desempeño exitoso y el desarrollo de las actitudes y las conductas que lo potencien como promotor de la salud. Los encuentros y las actividades extensionistas implícitas, contribuyeron a su vez al desarrollo de la multiculturalidad a través del trabajo comunitario de la universidad dirigido al desarrollo sostenible.Palabras clave: comunicación; promoción para la salud; comunidad.ABSTRACT  The pedagogical experience presented, the result of a research project in Master’s thesis “Health Promotion in Educational Systems”, is precisely the optional course “Communication and Promotion of health in community work”, aimed at students of Premédico y Professional Training of the Latin American School of Medicine. Its objective is to describe the importance of the course in the integral preparation of students of different nationalities towards sustainable development, from the Undergraduate in the medical university. It included the theoretical and methodological study of content skills to be developed with a systemic and personalized nature from postulates of the Cultural Historical Approach, the modeling of the program, the diagnosis of skills and knowledge, identification of needs in the trainees and their communities, through observation and techniques of participationaction in pedagogical practice. it took into account dimensions and indicators, which recognized the reflection, self-assessment and design of community projects by the students. The course promotes awareness of the effectiveness of communication in interpersonal relationships, which enables action through participatory actions with a commitment to identify the needs of the communities of the trainees, improving the communication skills they have for their successful performance and the development of attitudes and behaviors that empower them as a health promoter. The implicit extensionist meetings and activities, in turn contributed to the development of multiculturalism through the community work of the University aimed at sustainable development.Keywords: communication; health promotion; community.
