SUMMARY
The presence of parents is very influential on the emotional development of a child, the positive support of parents from an early age makes the child develop well. Referring to the Circular Letter of the Minister of Education No.3 of 2020 on the Prevention of COVID-19 in the Education Unit, Number 36962/MPK. A/HK/2020, teaching and learning activities are conducted online.The purpose of the study was to find out how online learning in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic affect sparent-child relationships.This study used quantitative method with survey technique conducted from April 10 to April 23, 2020, using solvin formula and 10% error rate, with 97 family heads sampled by respondents. From the results of the study showed that 85.7% of parent-child relationships are very open, 14.3% sometimes. Before the election, 57.1% showed no commiseration, 33.3% occasionally and only 9.5% were open. In foster care, 71.4% of parents do not allow their children to play out or just study in groups to complete school assignments, and always supervise and accompany children while they are studying. 28.6% of parent sallow children to leave but not very often if it is very important or urgent, and sometimes supervise and accompany the child's learning because some parents have other busyness. Based on the data obtained shows that the existence of online learning has appositive impact on harmony between children and parents.
