SUMMARY
Objetivo: O objetivo principal deste estudo consiste na análise do conceito do “comum” desenvolvido por Pierre Dardot e Christian Laval, problematizando-o com o pressuposto metodológico da interculturalidade, para verificar na experiência do Constitucionalismo Latino-americano uma possível teoria do comum “desde abajo”.Metodologia: aplicou-se o método dedutivo, com pesquisa exploratória, descritiva, de abordagem qualitativa e de base documental secundária, utilizando-se as técnicas de pesquisa bibliográfica e legal, com consulta a livros e revistas especializadas nas temáticas. Resultados: Observou-se que o “Comum”, desde a obra de Dardot e Laval, insere-se numa perspectiva crítica, porém, insuficiente para romper com a razão eurocêntrica e promover um diálogo intercultural com as experiências latino-americanas. Contribuições: Ao incluir a interculturalidade como procedimento metodológico na análise do tema, busca-se fomentar o pensamento crítico na construção do conhecimento sobre a temática do comum. ABSTRACTObjective: The main objective of this study is to analyze the concept of the “common” developed by Pierre Dardot and Christian Laval, problematizing it with the methodological assumption of interculturality, to verify in the experience of Latin American Constitutionalism a possible theory of the common “desde abajo”.Methodology: the deductive method was applied, with exploratory, descriptive research, with a qualitative approach and with a secondary documentary basis, using the techniques of bibliographic and legal research, with consultation of books and magazines specialized in the themes.Results: It was observed that the “Common”, since the work of Dardot and Laval, is inserted in a critical perspective, however, insufficient to break with Eurocentric reason and promote an intercultural dialogue with Latin American experiences.Contributions: By including interculturality as a methodological procedure in the analysis of the theme, it seeks to foster critical thinking in the construction of knowledge on the theme of the common.Keywords: Common; Interculturality; Latin American Constitutionalism.
