SUMMARY
Keberadaan Penyuluh Lapangan Keluarga Berencana (PLKB) memegang peranan penting dalam melaksanakan program pemberdayaan masyarakat dan KB di lapangan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganslisis pengaruh kompetensi kerja, motivasi kerja, lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja penyuluh program keluarga berencana di Kabupaten Pemalang. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 52 orang yang diambil dari populasi sejumlah 102 orang. Penentuan jumlah sampel dengan menggunakan Rumus Slovin, teknik pengambilan sampel dengan Proporsional random sampling.Analsis data menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS versi 17. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa kompetensi kerja, motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja PLKB di Kabupaten Pemalang.The existence of Field Extension Family Planning (field officers) plays animportant role in implementing community development programs and family planning. The purpose of this study was to analyse the influence of job competence, work motivation, work environment on the performance of extension of family planning in Pemalang. The study sample consisted of 52 people who were taken from a population of 102 people. Determination of the number of samples by using the formula of Slovin, sampling technique with proporsional random sampling. The analysis of data using multiple regression analysis assisted with SPSS program version 17. The result showed that job competence, work motivation and work environment had a positive and significantly effect on the performance of field officers in Pemalang.Keywords: competence, motivation, work environment, performance of PLKB
