E-PORTFOLIO AS A TOOL OF SELF-PRESENTATION OF THE FUTURE SPECIALIST

SUMMARY

In the article, it was given the relevance of the using electronic portfolio for self-presentation in the modern labor market for the competitive growth of future specialists. It is shown, that the modern portfolio of achievements is the generalization and visualization of individual achievements of students in various spheres of activity (educational, research, grant, public, cultural-creative, sports). It was shown that the creation of   e-portfolio allows to evaluate the quality and results of personal achievements, to systematize them, to design the development trajectories in accordance with current demands and labor market needs, to form the motivation of creative, professional, individual development of the student, assessment and self-assessment of his personal growth, to support educational and professional activity of the student during the process of his training. The author considered in detail the potential of using e-portfolio for future teachers. The author described the tools for creation of e-portfolio based on cloud services; the selection of these services was chosen according the supporting functionalities, which allows to install on them online portfolio and the most effective presentation of their own achievements. DOI: https://doi.org/10.28925/2414-0325.2017.3.21219
