WIKI PORTAL AS PART OF OPEN E-LEARNING ENVIRONMENT OF THE MODERN UNIVERSITY

SUMMARY

The paper describes methods of using wiki technology for the formation of the Open University educational environment that is innovative and promising. Such aspects are considered as the experience of building University’s wiki website, the interface design, the collection of wiki articles templates, designed by instructors, and the way teachers and students are linked together as a wiki-community. Successful wiki-projects are analyzed as a form of common learning activity of the University students. Such type of learning makes possible the realization of research / information-searching / creative tasks of different formats and aims.DOI: https://doi.org/10.28925/2414-0325.2015.114
