Peculiarities of teaching legal disciplines for students of non-profile directions of higher educational establishments

SUMMARY

The relevance of the stated topic is due to the fact that in the field of education of the Russian Federation there has been a tendency towards a universal orientation in the training of specialists. Already now, those who wish to receive a humanitarian education are offered to study the basic institutes of the exact sciences, and those who receive promising technical, technological, industrial and managerial specialties go through cycles of humanitarian disciplines. Meanwhile, the teaching of legal disciplines to students of non-core areas of higher education institutions requires the preliminary development of a special methodology. Relatively speaking, the requirements for law students can be an overwhelming task for students of other specialties. Therefore, it is necessary to adapt the material, if possible simplify it. In the course of teaching legal disciplines to students of non-core areas of higher education, it is important to show law as an integrated system. Of particular importance are the interconnection of branches of law. The materials presented in the article illuminate a circle of problems caused by the inclusion of legal disciplines in the main educational programs of higher educational institutions of non-core areas and the specifics of their teaching.Keywords: Legal education, principles of studying law, forms and methods of training, methods of teaching legal disciplines. RESUMENLa relevancia del tema mencionado se debe al hecho de que en el campo de la educación de la Federación de Rusia ha habido una tendencia hacia una orientación universal en la formación de especialistas. Ya ahora, aquellos que desean recibir una educación humanitaria se les ofrece estudiar los institutos básicos de las ciencias exactas, y aquellos que reciben prometedoras especialidades técnicas, tecnológicas, industriales y gerenciales pasan por ciclos de disciplinas humanitarias. Mientras tanto, la enseñanza de disciplinas legales a estudiantes de áreas no centrales de instituciones de educación superior requiere el desarrollo preliminar de una metodología especial. En términos relativos: los requisitos para los estudiantes de derecho pueden ser una tarea abrumadora para los estudiantes de otras especialidades. Por lo tanto, es necesario adaptar el material, si es posible simplificarlo. En el curso de la enseñanza de disciplinas legales a estudiantes de áreas no esenciales de educación superior, es importante mostrar la ley como un sistema integrado. De particular importancia es la interconexión de las ramas del derecho. Los materiales presentados en el artículo iluminan un círculo de problemas causados por la inclusión de disciplinas legales en los principales programas educativos de instituciones de educación superior de áreas no centrales y los detalles de su enseñanza.Palabras clave: Educación jurídica, principios de estudio del derecho, formas y métodos de formación, métodos de enseñanza de disciplinas jurídicas.
