Experiences and validationRESUMENObjetivo: este trabajo tiene como objetivo validar la implementación de la evaluación formativa desde un enfoque sociocultural en la asignatura Sociedad y Medicina.Materiales y Métodos: se emplearon métodos teóricos y empíricos como el histórico-lógico y el procesamiento de la información estadística obtenida en diferentes actividades metodológicas.Resultados: la experiencia adquirida a partir de la práctica pedagógica, unida a un mayor nivel de preparación y el compromiso de los docentes, constituye el punto de partida para el éxito en el desempeño de la actividad académica que, a partir de septiembre del curso escolar, 2016-2017 ha sido abordada desde el trabajo metodológico en todas las formas de organización de la enseñanza.Conclusiones: en esta forma de evaluación se constata la participación activa de los estudiantes, incorporándola como herramienta para su futuro desempeño.ABSTRACTObjective: to validate the implementation of the formative evaluation from a sociocultural approach in the subject Society and Medicine.Materials and Methods: theoretical and empirical methods were used as historical logical and the processing of statistical information obtained in different methodological activities.Results: the acquired experience from the pedagogical practice, joined to higher level of preparation and compromise of the academicians, constitute the point of exit in the performance of the academicals activity that, from September of last academicals course, has been aboard from the methodological work in all the forms of teaching organization.Conclusions: in this form of evaluation, there is constancy of the active participation of the students, incorporating it as a tool for their future performance.Key words: formative evaluation; sociocultural approach; methodology.
