SUMMARY
The article deals with the problem of prospective primary school teachers’ social and cultural competence formation applying information and communication technologies. The relevance of social and cultural competence as a component of professional competence of future specialists is substantiated. The factors that effectively influence the teachers mobility are highlighted. The algorithm of formation of social and cultural competence of prospective primary school teachers by means of ICT in the context of communicative etiquette training has been developed. It includes: realization of interdisciplinary connections of humanities cycle disciplines; organization of study as research (project technology); analysis of authentic texts and modeling of social roles; saturation of educational space by means of knowledge carriers (use of ICT); creation of study groups (online groups); cooperation in the learning process (discussion on the platform "TheWall"). The main tasks for formation of social and cultural competence of prospective primary school teachers by means of computer-oriented technologies are determined.The article focuses on the research results on the effectiveness of the use of ICT tools in the process of future teacher’s social and cultural competence formation. The level of social and cultural competence of university teachers, primary school teachers, university students of Teacher training departments is studied. It is proposed teaching of the Humanities (modern Ukrainian language, Ukrainian language methodology, English, English language methodology, pedagogy of genealogy study, country studies) on the basis of the integration of separate topics related to socio-cultural realities. Special attention is paid to organizing students’ group work for a project using paper and electronic media. PowerPoint program is suggested to be a good tool to create the final product - the project "Communicative Etiquette as a Component of Social and Cultural Competence". The article highlites the possibilities of the Moodle system for both teachers and students. It has been pointed out that the use of Microsoft PowerPoint software is the most common and effective. It allows to create a multimedia presentation quickly and efficiently. Besides the text it can include computer animations, pictures, graphics, tables, videos and musical accompaniment. It is summed up that integrated use of ICT contributes to the formation of social and cultural competence of prospective primary school teachers and prepares them for teaching activity in a multicultural environment. The prospects for further research are defined.
