Wiek kobiet wahal sie w granicach od 19 do 42 lat (srednia wieku wynosila 27,8 ± 4 lata).Wykorzystano kwestionariusz ankiety, wlasnej konstrukcji oraz wizualna analogowa skale VAS (0 – brak bólu do 10- ból nie do wytrzymania) do oceny bólu kregoslupa.Celem pracy bylo sprawdzenie czy u kobiet w ciazy wystepuje ból kregoslupa oraz w jakich sytuacjach sie nasila.Na podstawie przeprowadzonych badan stwierdzono, ze wiekszosci kobiet odczuwala ból kregoslupa w odcinku ledzwiowym. Wsród sytuacji nasilajacych dolegliwosc najwiecej wymienialo pozycje stojaca, co trzecia siedzaca, a co piata chodzenie. Slowa kluczowe: ból kregoslupa, ciaza Summary The study involved 80 women between the 25th and 36th week of pregnancy attending antenatal classes. The age of women ranged from 19 to 42 years old (the age median was 27,8 ± 4 years). The questionnaire of our own design and the Visual Analogue Scale VAS (0 – no pain to 10 - unbearable pain) were used to evaluate back pain. The aim of the study was to check whether pregnant women suffer from back pain and in which situations it is increasing. Based on the survey, it was found that the majority of women experienced pain in the lumbar region of the spine. Among the situations which increased back pain most of women mentioned standing position, one in three sitting position and one in five walking. Key words: back pain, pregnancy
