SUMMARY
The study aims to test the impact of entrepreneurial strategies and social capital on an organization's performance with sustained supply management (SSCM) as mediation variables. Sustained supply chain management has significant impact in measuring organizations across industries. It is used in considering the impact of the ward and the supplier's responsibility. The study created a population of 31 manufacturing companies in central Java with a logistics manager as the main key and implementing a sustainable supply chain management. Data analysis methods use partial least square (PLS). Research shows that entrepreneurial and social capital strategies have an impact on both organizational performance and sustainable supply management. And sustainable supply chains manage between organizational performance and entrepreneurial strategies, while in social capital manajeamn sustainable supply chains do not contribute to the organization's performance variable.
