THE EFFECT OF BODY MASS INDEX, BALANCE AND POWER TO SHOOTING OF WOMEN FUTSAL

SUMMARY

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh body mass index (BMI), keseimbangan dinamis dan daya ledak otot tungkai terhadap hasil shooting futsal putri. Subjek penelitian adalah 21 atlet Klub Futsal Netic Ladies dengan teknik total sampling. Metode survei menggunakan instrumen untuk pengukuran tinggi badan menggunakan alat microtoice, pengukuran berat badan menggunakan alat timbangan digital, pengukuran keseimbangan menggunakan modified an balance, daya ledak otot tungkai menggunakan pengukuran triple hop jump dan pengukuran hasil shooting menggunakan fifth circle an shooting melalui teknik analisis jalur. Pengujian analisis data melalui persyaratan uji normalitas, uji linearitas dan uji signifikansi. Hasil penelitian didapatkan nilai signifikansi BMI terhadap daya ledak otot tungkai dengan nilai signifikansi (0,618), keseimbangan terhadap daya ledak otot tungkai (0,511), BMI terhadap hasil shooting (0,587), keseimbangan terhadap hasil shooting (0,080), daya ledak otot tungkai terhadap hasil shooting (0,049). Kesimpulan dari penelitian (1) tidak terdapat pengaruh BMI terhadap daya ledak otot tungkai, (2) tidak terdapat pengaruh keseimbangan dinamis terhadap daya ledak otot tungkai, (3) tidak terdapat pengaruh BMI terhadap hasil shooting, (4) tidak terdapat pengaruh keseimbangan dinamis terhadap hasil shooting dan (5) terdapat pengaruh daya ledak otot tungkai terhadap hasil shooting futsal putri netic.AbstractThis research have a goal to knowing the effect of body mass index (BMI), balance and power on the shooting futsal result women futsal. The research subjects were 21 futsal athlete of Netic Ladies Club using total sampling technique. Survey methode was using instrument to measurement for height using microtoice, weight using digital scale, balance using modified an balance, leg power using triple hop jump and the shooting result using fifth cicrcle an shooting through path analysis. Test of data analysis through normality, linearity and significance test. The research results found that significance value of BMI on leg power (0,618), dynamic balance on leg power (0,551), BMI on shooting result (0,587), dynamic balance on shooting result (0,080), power on shooting result (0,049). The Conclusions based on this research are (1) there is no influence BMI on leg power, (2) there is no influence dynamic balance on leg power, (3) there is no influence BMI on shooting result, (4) there is no influence dynamic balance on shooting result and (5) there is no influence leg power on shooting result of Netic Ladies futsal.

Estrategia metodológica para mejorar la habilidad comprensión de lectura en el postgrado en la ELAM / Methodological strategy to improve the reading comprehension ability at elam post academical teaching Estrategia metodológica para mejorar la habilidad comprensión de lectura en el postgrado en la ELAM / Methodological strategy to improve the reading comprehension ability at elam post academical teachingObjetivo: diseñar una estrategia metodológica fundamentada en los principios filosóficos, sociológicos, psicológicos y didácticos que sustentan la pedagogía cubana actual.Método: la investigación guarda relación con un estudio descriptivo. Se utilizaron métodos del nivel teórico, empírico y estadístico matemático. Se seleccionó una población de 128 profesionales, de ellos 53 profesionales de las ciencias básicas y el hospital de la ELAM.Resultados: los profesionales de la ELAM necesitan demostrar competencia lingüística adecuada, lo que presupone la integración de las cuatro habilidades de la lengua. Sin embargo, prevalecen insuficiencias en la habilidad comprensión de lectura en la enseñanza postgraduada en la ELAM. La estrategia se caracteriza por el uso de textos contextualizadosy tareas integradoras bajo el principio de la flexibilidad, dirigidas a mejorar la habilidad comprensión de lectura en la enseñanza postgraduada. La estrategia metodológica se sometió a un proceso de validación empírica comprobándose su efectividad para el proceso de desarrollo de la comprensión de lectura en idioma inglés en la enseñanza postgraduada en la ELAM.Conclusión: los estudios realizados permitieron caracterizar el estado del desarrollo de la habilidad comprensión de lectura en idioma inglés en la enseñanza postgraduada en la ELAM y la estrategia propuesta aplicada a partir de la determinación de problemas y potencialidades mostró su valía porque permitió transformaciones en el desarrollo de lahabilidad comprensión de lectura en idioma inglés en la enseñanza postgraduada en la ELAM.ABSTRACTObjective: to desing a methodological strategy supported by philosofical, sociological,  psychological and didactical fundamentals that provide the current Cuban Pedagogy.Method: the investigation is related to a descriptive study. Methods of theoretical, empirical and mathematical statistical level were used. A sample of 128 professionals, 53 of them are from ELAM hospital and basical sciencies.Results: the professionals of ELAM need to show language satisfactory capability, this overcome the integration of the four language abilities. However, predominated insufficiencies in reading comprehension abilities in post academical learning in the ELAM. The strategy is characterized by the use of contextualized texts and integrated labors under criteria of flexibility, addresses to improve the reading comprehension ability in post academical teaching. The methodological strategy was tried out to the process of empiric validation, testing the effectiveness to the development process of reading comprehension in English language at ELAM post academical teaching.Conclusions: the studies carried out allow to characterize the state of the development in reading comprehension ability in English language at ELAM post academic teaching and the strategy proposed applied since the determination of the problems and potentialities showed its value, because allowed transformations in the development of the reading comprehension ability in English language at ELAM post academic teaching.Keywords: methodological strategy; reading comprehension; ability.

Hiperentorno de aprendizaje de Estadística no paramétrica /Learning Hierarchy of Non-Parametric Statistics Hiperentorno de aprendizaje de Estadística no paramétrica /Learning Hierarchy of Non-Parametric StatisticsObjetivo: describir el hiperentorno de aprendizaje sobre la estadística no paramétrica para la enseñanzapostgraduada.Material y métodos: se realizó un estudio descriptivo para la revisión de la documentación existente relativa a las herramientas que permite la creación de software educativo y de los hiperentornos y su desempeño en los procesos de enseñanza-aprendizaje de la estadística no paramétrica.Resultados: se confeccionó el hiperentorno de Estadística no Paramétrica, en el que se organizaron los documentos utilizando herramientas avanzadas que proporciona el Crheasoft, como apoyo al proceso enseñanza aprendizaje.Conclusiones: el software educativo que se elaboró de Estadística no Paramétrica constituye una aplicacióninformática, que soporta una adecuada estrategia pedagógica, el cual apoya directamente el proceso de enseñanzaaprendizaje y constituye un efectivo instrumento para el desarrollo educacional de los postgrados en la ELAM.Entre los elementos necesarios que conforman el software educativo de estadística no paramétrica están ejercicios variados, ejemplos vinculado a la medicina, glosario, palabras calientes, programa de la asignatura, presentaciones electrónicas, libros y materiales digitalizados referidos a la temática, que contribuyen a un mejor desarrollo del postgrado propuesto.ABSTRACTObjective: Describe the learning hyperenhority on nonparametric statistics for postgraduate education.Material and methods: A descriptive study was carried out to review the existing documentation related to thetools that allow the creation of educational software and the hyper-environments and their performance in the teaching-learning processes of non-parametric statistics.Results: The hyperenhority of nonparametric statistics was prepared, in which the documents were organized using advanced tools provided by Crheasoft, in support of the teaching-learning process.Conclusions: The educational software that was developed for non-parametric statistics constitutes a computer application that supports an adequate pedagogical strategy, which directly supports the teaching-learning process and constitutes an effective instrument for the educational development of postgraduates in ELAM. Among the necessary elements that make up the educational software of non-parametric statistics are varied exercises, examples linked to medicine, glossary, hot words, program of the subject, electronic presentations, books and digitized materials related to the subject, which contribute to a better development of the proposed postgraduate.Keywords: learning hypersorption; non-parametric statistics.

Una vía para el proceso de comprensión de la información científica / A way for the process of understanding scientific information Una vía para el proceso de comprensión de la información científica / A way for the process of understanding scientific informationObjetivo: evaluar la efectividad de los ejercicios para el proceso de comprensión de la información científica.Materiales y métodos: se emplearon métodos del nivel teórico entre los que se encuentran. Analítico-sintético, histórico-lógico, sistémico-estructural, modelación y del nivel empírico como el estudio documental, la observación y la prueba.Resultados: la prueba de entrada demostró que en los grupos donde se aplicó el experimento los estudiantes tienen un bajo nivel de habilidades en la comprensión de la información científica y los resultados de la prueba de salida demostraron la efectividad del sistema de ejercicios aplicado porque se produjo un salto cualitativo en cuanto al dominio de las habilidades para la comprensión científica.Conclusiones: el estudiante del curso Preparatorio presenta dificultades en la comprensión del texto científico y la aplicación del sistema de ejercicios contribuyó a la adquisición de habilidades en el trabajo con esta tipología textual.ABSTRACTObjetive:to evaluate the effectiveness of the exercises for the process of understanding scientific information.Materials and methods: Methods of the theoretical level were used among those found. Analytical-synthetic, historical-logical, systemic-structural, modeling and empirical level such as documentary study, observation and testing.Results: the entrance test showed that in the groups where the experiment was applied the students have a lowlevel of skills in the understanding of the scientific information and the results of the exit test demonstrated the effectiveness of the applied exercise system because it was produced a qualitative leap in terms of mastering the skills for scientific understanding.Conclusions: the student of the preparatory course presents difficulties in the understanding of the scientific text and the application of the exercise system contributed to the acquisition of skills in the work with this textual typology.Keywords: understanding; Scientific information.
