DOCUMENT PROCESSING TE?HNOLOGY IN INFORMATION SYSTEM OF PLANNING OF SCIENTIFIC RESEARCHES OF THE NATIONAL ACADEMY OF PEDAGOGICAL SCIENCES OF UKRAINE

SUMMARY

The functional subsystem of the Internet portal “National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine. Planning of scientific researches” is described in the article. Analysis and classification of documents of scientific researches planning are carried out; the groups of users which have licenses on processing of some types of documents are determined; procedure of creation of new documents of scientific researches planning is presented. By the example of creation of document Query for opening of scientific research theme (Query) the sequence of executions of user of the system is considered in detail: creation of new folder on the page of NDR(Scientific Work) of scientific establishment, template of document Query filling, folder’s content updating.
