SUMMARY
Relevance of the material presented in the article predetermined needs to unify the concepts of «electronic textbook», «electronic training aid», «electronic manual» in accordance with national standards of Ukraine DSTU 7157:2010. Set forth in ?rticle key requirements for the electronic publishing of science of law allow us to offer a unique approach to their creation, depending on the type of electronic publication. Based on our analysis, the author identifies the main advantages and disadvantages of electronic textbooks. Provisions laid down in article allow us to determine promising areas of research in this topic: software tools for creating electronic textbooks, methods of use of electronic textbooks in the learning process and others.
