SUMMARY
The article reviews the current state and prospects of research problems of informatization of education of Ukraine. It is determined that these issues are closely related to specific scientific and methodological approaches to quality evaluation, selection and use of electronic learning resources and information technological platforms of their delivery. International trends of research in the field of standardization and evaluation of the quality of information and communication technologies in education are revealed. Prospects of application of cloud computing technologies as a platform of informatization of modern educational systems are described. The currency of the research "The system of psychological and educational requirements for ICT-based learning tools" in the context of informatization of modern education is grounded.
