SUMMARY
In the article there are discussed the main points of the implementation and operation of distance learning at theInstituteofPostgraduate Education. Apart from the advantages there are also disadvantages of distance education for the institute and the students who take courses by distance form. The ways of solving the problems of distance education are proposed. Identified the key participants learning (tutor, author, tutor-Methodist, listener technician). A sample structure, function and relationship of learning with other divisions and departments in postgraduate education is proposed.
