SUMMARY
The Effect of Leadership Competence and Work Environment on Employee Performance is a valuable aspect that needs to be considered for every company organization to support the overall improvement of employee performance. Therefore this study intends to understand the influence of leadership competence and work environment on employee performance at PT Perkebunan Nusantara III Medan either partially or simultaneously. The research method uses descriptive and quantitative analysis. The population in this study were all 88 employees at PT Perkebunan Nusantara III Medan. The data analysis technique used the F test, T test, and multiple linear regression and data analysis used SPSS version 20.
