Generalization of socio-effective approaches towards calculation of wholesale – selling and reference prices for insulins in Ukraine

SUMMARY

Results of analysis of reference prices for insulin medicines in EU countries are presented, on basis of which it is found that as compared with current prices in Ukraine differences are rather considerable from 58.0 % to 243.99 %. On basis of proposed methodics for calculating of reference prices for insulin medicines European method of relation of prices in reference countries is applied, when maximum and minimum prices are excluded from calculation of maximum prices, and also single procedure for formation of prices for domestic and imported medicines is second-guessed – by international units of their actions.
