SUMMARY
The research aims to analyze the effect of financial performance, corporate governance (GCG) and corporate social responsibility (CSR) on the company value of mining companies listed at Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research is using quantitative method with explanatory research. Data collection methods are literature review and documentation. The research conducted over a population of 33 mining companies at Indonesia Stock Exchange. Samples of 8 companies are taken by using purposive sampling method. Hypothesis test of the research uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the research are that financial performance has a significant impact on the company value of mining companies at Indonesia Stock Exchange. Good corporate governance (GCG) significantly impacts the company value of mining companies at Indonesia Stock Exchange. Corporate social responsibility (CSR) does not impact the company value of mining companies at Indonesia Stock Exchange. Financial performance, good corporate governance (GCG) and corporate social responsibility (CSR) have significant impact on the company value of mining companies at Indonesia Stock Exchange.
