Cooperation Strategies: Perception of Managers in Alliances of Organizations

SUMMARY

This article aims to understand the perception of managers in strategic alliances of organizations. Through the perception of managers, we seek to answer the following question: Which managerial aspects of the strategic alliance do managers who entered this relationship and can lead to improved performance of organizations perceive? The qualitative work and exploratory data has collected through structured interviews and electronic form of closed questions along to ten selected organizations and a semi-structured interview and treated by content analysis. The results found highlight the need for strengthening the experiences exchange ratio (know-how), learning, skills and governance mechanism.
