POLÍTICA DE FORMAÇÃO DOCENTE NO BRASILo direito à educação de qualidade em contextos culturalmente diversos.

SUMMARY

Resumo: O texto trata da política de formação docente no Brasil no sentido de contemplar as diversidades na sua intrínseca relação com o direito de todos a uma educação de qualidade.  O objetivo é analisar os desafios históricos da formação para o magistério na educação básica, considerando os problemas do sistema educacional e a perspectiva de uma educação para a diversidade. São verificadas algumas compreensões que delimitam as políticas de formação docente no Brasil e que têm dificultado a realização de uma formação condizente com os desafios da profissão, principalmente para aqueles que vão trabalhar com a população mais pobre submetida a um histórico processo de exclusão econômico, político e cultural. Verifica-se também a atenção à diversidade na legislação educacional referente à formação docente, identificando os temas propostos e os modos de abordagem. Constata-se que a perspectiva de uma educação que tenha a interculturalidade como projeto ético e político deve compor a luta contra todos os tipos de exclusão, deve compor a luta pelo direito a escola de qualidade e à democratização do conhecimento e deve, sobretudo, ser para todos. Palavras chave: formação docente; diversidade cultural. Abstract: The text deals with the policy of teacher education in Brazil, considering the struggle for the right to quality education in culturally diverse contexts. The objective is to analyze the historical challenges of teacher training in basic education, considering the problems of the educational system and the perspective of an education for diversity. There are some understandings that delimit the policies of teacher education in Brazil and that have made it difficult to carry out training in line with the challenges of the profession, especially for those who will work with the poorest population subjected to a historical process of economic, political exclusion And cultural. Attention is also given to diversity in educational legislation concerning teacher education, identifying the proposed themes and ways of approach. It should be noted that the perspective of an education that has interculturality as an ethical and political project must be part of the fight against all forms of exclusion, must form the struggle for the right to a quality school and the democratization of knowledge and must, above all, to be for all. Keywords: teacher training; cultural diversity.
