SUMMARY
If the psychological counselors who work at schools feel themselves strong and sufficient, this will strengthen their bond with school environment and contribute to their identification with the school. In this research, it is aimed to determine the general self-efficacy, psychological empowerment and the perception of the organizational identification of the psychological counselors who work in schools and to see if the general self-efficacy and the psychological empowerment will predict the organizational identification. "Psychological Empowerment Scale", "General Self-Efficacy Scale" and "Organizational Identification Scale" are used to collect data. The data is collected by the 374 psychological counselors who work in the schools in Izmir. As a result of the research, the school psychological counselors' perception of general self-efficacy, psychological empowerment and organizational identification increased above average. In addition, moderate significant relation is found between variables. Nonetheless, the perception of general self-efficacy and psychological empowerment predict the organizational identification on a significant level.Extended English summary is in the end of Full Text PDF (TURKISH) file. ÖzetOkullarda görev yapan okul psikolojik danismanlarinin kendilerini psikolojik olarak güçlü ve yeterli hissetmeleri, okullari ile olan baglarini kuvvetlendirerek özdeslesmelerine katkida bulunmaktadir. Arastirmada okullarda görev yapan okul psikolojik danismanlarinin genel öz-yeterlik, psikolojik güçlendirme ve örgütsel özdesleme algilarini belirlemek ve genel öz-yeterlik ile psikolojik güçlendirme algilarinin örgütsel özdeslemeyi yordayip yordamadigina bakilmasi amaçlanmistir. Arastirmada veri toplamak için “Psikolojik Güçlendirme Ölçegi”, “Genel Öz Yeterlik Ölçegi” ve "Örgütsel Özdeslesme Ölçegi" kullanilmistir. Izmir’deki okullarda çalisan 374 psikolojik danismandan veri toplanmistir. Arastirma sonucunda okul psikolojik danismanlarinin genel öz-yeterlik, psikolojik güçlendirme ve örgütsel özdeslesme algilari orta düzeyin üzerinde çikmistir. Arastirmada ayrica degiskenler arasinda orta düzeyde anlamli iliski bulunmustur. Ayrica genel öz-yeterlik ve psikolojik güçlendirme algisi örgütsel özdeslesmeyi anlamli derecede yordamaktadir.
