SUMMARY
Generation Z which known to have a unique characteristic as able to quickly adapt to rapid technological advancement currently dominates the population of university students. University is one place of learning to prepare people to be qualifed human resources in the industrial revolution era 4.0. This study aims to (1) find out the characteristics of Generation Z students, (2) analyze the effect of learning styles on Generation Z student achievement. The respondents of this study were batch 52-55 students of Management Department FEM IPB. The sampling method used in this study was nonprobability purposive sampling. The analytical tool used in this study was descriptive analysis and SEM-PLS using Smart PLS 3.0. The result shows that respondents’ characteristics were part of Generation Z aged 18-22 years and the auditory learning style signifcantly affected student achievement.
