Mobilisasi Progresif Level I Sebagai Intervensi Keperawatan Terhadap Risiko Dekubitus Pada Pasien Dengan Ventilator Mekanik Di Ruang Intensive Care Unit (ICU): Case Report

SUMMARY

ABSTRACT Critically ill patients who are in the intensive care unit (ICU) generally experience bed rest and require a breathing apparatus, namely a mechanical ventilator. In bedrest patients, the risk of decubitus increases due to circulatory obstruction. Normally the skin cannot tolerate prolonged pressure so patients with immobilization and prolonged bed rest are at greater risk of developing skin breakdown or decubitus. One of the interventions that can be given to patients is progressive mobilization. Provision of progressive mobilization will affect the process of perfusion, diffusion, and distribution of blood flow and oxygen throughout the body so that it will reduce the incidence of pressure sores or even not occur. The method used in this research is Case Report. The study was conducted in the ICU room. Participants used to carry out Progressive Mobilization level I consisted of two ICU patients with mechanical ventilation. The measuring instrument used to identify decubitus risk is the Braden Scale. The results of the analysis showed changes in the decubitus risk score in both patients. Keywords: progressive mobilization; risk of pressure sores; mechanically ventilated patients.ABSTRAK Pasien kiritis yang ada di intensive care unit (ICU) umumnya mengalami bedrest dan memerlukan alat bantu nafas yakni ventilator mekanik.
